Also known as Dwarf Morning Glory. Convolvulus tricolor is a short, bushy annual with small, morning-glory style flowers in shades of pink, rose, purple, blue and white. Each flower has a contrasting white star and yellow throat.
Convolvulus tricolor is nice at the front of the border. The compact, trailing vines are perfect for containers and hanging baskets where they can trail over the edge. They make a good groundcover or filler between larger plants.
HINT: Soaking the seeds for several hours prior to sowing may improve the germination.
