This pepper chilli makes a lovely impression in a patio container. Can be used fresh or dried chilli.
Unusual and attractive dwarf busy plant with numerous branches each bearing 7-10 slender 5cm long colourful fruits which are yellow at first, turning later to orange and finally red as they mature. A most suitable variety for pots or sunny garden bed situations.
To intensify its colour and prolong flowering, avoid putting it under direct and strong sunlight. Remove any faded flowers to encourage a more compact plant and contained flowering.
Water regularly in warm, dry weather. Apply Thrive soluble fertiliser to improve growth and flowers.
Hint: Sow direct into garden position or in containers. Cover with Horti Seed & Potting Mixture. Keep moist. In Sun or semi-shade position.
