Aka Bok Choy, this leafy-green Chinese vegetable belongs to the cabbage family. Smooth dark green leaves and white celery-like stalks that with broad base. Vigorous growth and uniform shape. Superior flavour, tasty, tender and less fibre. Heat and moisture tolerant. Easy to grow. Can be harvested at young stage, about 15cm tall. Suitable for stir-frying and steaming.
